Yes!  Our Training and Customer Service Team would be happy to run a training session for committee members.  Training sessions are run online via Zoom.  If you would like to schedule in a session, please contact our team at support@buildinglinkinternational.com

Yes, the BuildingLink App is designed for residents to utilise, and is free to download from the App or Play Store.  Your login details for the website interface will also enable access to the app.

Members of the owners corporation committee are able to access a ‘committee only’ section on their BuildingLink resident site.  This section allows them access to committee-only surveys, documents, and a private discussion board.  There is also the ability to enable committee members to be able to view all maintenance requests and site analytics.
