Does BuildingLink integrate with other programmes?

  1. Yes, we currently have five integrations available to our clients:

Does BuildingLink offer a custom app that will align with my building’s marketing package?

Yes, we do have the ability to customise the look and feel of our BuildingLink App for residents.  Please reach out to our sales team for further information at sales@buildinglinkinternational.com.


What is the onboarding process when I sign up with BL?

Once the agreement has been signed, and the invoice paid, this will trigger our Training and Customer Service Team to begin your site setup.  Our team will create your BuildingLink site and then send you a welcome email outlining the information required to get your site setup underway.  This will be items such as your occupant data, an image of your building for the custom login page, and any documents you need loaded to the site, as well as other additional information.

We then work behind the scenes to get the site populated with the provided data, all whilst keeping you up to date with the progress of the setup.  Once the data is loaded to the site, we touch base to schedule an online training session with the required team members.  Further adjustments and customisations to the site are made after this time, and the client then has time to review the site.  At that point, we release the logins to your residents, and that’s it!  BuildingLink will be up and running at your building community!

Once BuildingLink has gone live, our team are on hand to assist with the transition and implementation at your building.  We will also be in touch a few months down the track to touch base and see how things are going, at which time further training can be scheduled if need be.

Is BuildingLink a subscription-based product?

Yes, subscriptions are paid annually in advance on a per property basis. Because BuildingLink is a modular system, you’re able to customise our service to suit your strata. You may choose the complete package or just subscribe to the features that you need. Simple and effective!

What is included in BuildingLink’s subscription price?

Our subscriptions include everything you need to use our service competently and confidently. That means all set-up, training, customer service assistance and even the SMS feature for communicating with your community is included in your monthly fee. Technical assistance is part of the customer service function too and this support is generally managed over email – we’re known for responding to these requests and queries at lightning speed! Our aim is to make the service smooth and easy for our clients with no need to worry about additional, unexpected charges.

How easy is BuildingLink to use?

BuildingLink’s software has been built to be intuitive and simple to use. We also work with our clients and support them throughout implementation and set up to make sure they’re completely comfortable with all the modules and know exactly what to use. Our aim is to make the daily running of your communities easy and straightforward. And we’re always on hand to help if something gets forgotten, or you need a hand.

Does BuildingLink integrate with Accounting packages?

BuildingLink integrates with a number of different Strata Management Accountancy systems, Property IQ is the latest accountancy package integration. We also offer our own Ledger system, which includes all the usual accountancy functionality along with Strata specific features like lease management, legal documentation, and paperless records.

Does BuildingLink offer any discount or have a referral program?

Our subscriptions are based on the modules our clients want for their building management needs – additional discounts on modules or the whole system are not available. BuildingLink’s referral program generously recognises the clients who bring us new business. Find out more.
