Never one to sit around, Nikki, along with Niall, decided to bring BuildingLink’s software to the Australian building management and property development industry to affect the change that was needed.

Nikki’s prior industry experience has proven invaluable to the business and the day-to-day dealings with clients. She understands the highs and lows of running buildings because she’s been there!

Spotting a need for progressive and secure building management systems that could replace the pen and paper, Excel sheets, and Outlook management that many strata managers rely upon, Joe became a keen advocate of BuildingLink’s technology.

Helping move the industry towards the billion dollar growth expected over the next decade, is one of the things that excites him most about BuildingLink’s service.

Further development of BuildingLink’s technology to continue enhancing the management of buildings, along with future-proofing cities across the APAC region, are just some of the ideas Joe has for the future.

When he’s not supporting BuildingLink’s clients, you’ll find Joe supporting his favourite Rugby team, the Canberra Raiders, and hoping for a repeat of their Grand Final win in 1994.

In 2018, Leah brought her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and floristry skills to the BuildingLink fold.

Loving the variety of her role - no two days are the same - Leah enjoys the camaraderie and fun of working with her energetic and effervescent colleagues.

When she’s not busy in the background making sure things run smoothly and easily for clients, you’ll find Leah curled up with a great novel, heading off to new places for an adventure, or working on a new craft project.
