Essential
From communication without contact through to integrating systems for streamlined work processes, we’ve continued to develop our property development management software solutions to make community administration a breeze. Maintenance tracking, calendar management, facilities bookings and community-wide communication are all delivered from a single, easy to use portal.
We believe the best solutions bring people together, save time, and make life easier.
The communities we serve are at the heart of all we do and great customer service is in our DNA.
We listen and make it our goal to make running your community straightforward. Our Australian-based customer service team instinctively understands the environment and challenges you and your communities face.
We speak your language and make it simple to communicate with everyone in your community.
Over 15 languages are supported by our Australian facilities management software - from Arabic to Vietnamese - making communication for multi-language buildings a simple matter of choosing the translations that support your residents’ needs. The integration of Google Translate handles less common languages, so no-one is ever left out of important conversations.
Secure
We were the first to bring streamlined building management software to residential communities and multi-purpose buildings. In that time we’ve never had a security breach.
We understand that information is one of your most valuable assets - that’s why the cloud system we use is supported by several privately-owned and distributed servers.
Security and reliability are naturally built into each element of our property development management software.
Reliable
Our state-of-the-art property development software and hardware keep residents informed, assets secure and communities connected. Whether working through natural disasters, a global pandemic, staying afloat through a financial crisis, or simply working through everyday hurdles, our essential service ensures your most valuable assets - time, information and relationships - are supported without fail.
We deliver essential, secure and reliable solutions with you at the centre.

BuildingLink Australia CEO for APAC and MEA
Niall has worked in nearly all aspects of property development for most of his working career. From site feasibility to post settlement management, Niall brings a wealth of knowledge to the BuildingLink Australia team. Shortly after this, Niall turned this vision into a reality and has never looked back! He plans to continue using technology in an innovative and strategic way to drive change across all layers of the property development and management sector. When Niall’s not at the helm of BuildingLink, you’ll find him daydreaming about the next improvements BuildingLink can bring to clients and the wider industry, spending time with his family, playing sport or cremating meat on the barbie!
Chief Operations Officer (COO), Senior Management and Founders Team
Coming from a Body Corporate/Strata Management background, Nikki saw the need for software that could support the transparent and competent management of buildings and the communities that use them. Nikki’s prior industry experience has proven invaluable to the business and the day-to-day dealings with clients. She understands the highs and lows of running buildings because she’s been there! Her vision for BuildingLink’s future is one where they continue to lead the industry with their cutting edge technology, making the lives of Strata managers and their communities easier. When she’s not helping the industry evolve for the future of building management, you’ll find Nikki cooking up a storm to some tunes in the kitchen, spending quality time with the people she loves, or curled up with a book somewhere quiet.

BuildingLink Australia VP for APAC Business Development
Joe joined BuildingLink’s senior management team directly after completing his Bachelor of Business, Management and International Business at Queensland University in 2012. Helping move the industry towards the billion dollar growth expected over the next decade, is one of the things that excites him most about BuildingLink’s service. Further development of BuildingLink’s technology to continue enhancing the management of buildings, along with future-proofing cities across the APAC region, are just some of the ideas Joe has for the future. When he’s not supporting BuildingLink’s clients, you’ll find Joe supporting his favourite Rugby team, the Canberra Raiders, and hoping for a repeat of their Grand Final win in 1994.
Customer Success Manager
In 2018, Leah brought her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and floristry skills to the BuildingLink fold. When she’s not busy in the background making sure things run smoothly and easily for clients, you’ll find Leah curled up with a great novel, heading off to new places for an adventure, or working on a new craft project.
